Guests & loyalty
Customers & loyalty
Every guest you save becomes a customer profile — a simple record of who they are and how often they visit. Over time this turns a pile of one-off orders into a list of regulars you can actually recognise and reward.
What a profile holds
- Contact details — name, phone and email.
- Visit history — how many times they’ve come in and when they last visited.
- Total spent — the lifetime value of that guest.
- Loyalty points — points that build up as they spend, so you can offer a reward.
- Notes — anything worth remembering, like a favourite table or an allergy.
- Tags, dietary flags & birthday — searchable labels (VIP, vegan, birthdays) that also show as badges on the POS when the customer is on a check.
- Balance & house tab — store credit and tab spending, covered in Customer accounts.
The customer 360
- Open any customer for a full profile: key numbers, their usual order, notes, and a single timeline of orders, refunds, balance movements, loyalty and reservations.
- The list auto-segments your guests (new, regular, VIP, lapsed) and shows tab aging at a glance.
- Import an existing list from CSV, and merge duplicates safely — history, stats and money follow into the surviving profile.
Where to find it
- 1Open Dashboard › Guests › Customers to see your full list.
- 2Sort by total spent or visits to spot your best regulars.
- 3Open any guest to see their history and add a note.
Customers are saved at the restaurant level, so a regular who visits two of your branches shows up as one person — not two.
