Restaurant & branches

Your restaurant is the top-level account. Inside it you can run one or many branches — each with its own tables, staff, financial settings and POS terminals.

What you can configure

  • Restaurant name, logo, contact details and public slug.
  • One or more branches, each with its own address and opening hours.
  • Per-branch tax rate and service charge percentage.
  • Default tip presets shown to guests and on the POS.
  • The default POS service-screen layout (cards or floor view).

Set up a branch

  1. 1Open Dashboard › Setup › Branches and click Add branch.
  2. 2Give it a name, address and phone — it starts with Cash & Card payments and Indoor/Outdoor seating.
  3. 3Click Edit to set opening hours, plus the tax rate and service charge — these flow into every order total automatically.
  4. 4Adding branches is limited by your plan; upgrade under Dashboard › Setup › Billing for more.
Tax and service charge are stored per branch, so a flagship location and a kiosk can carry different rates without affecting each other.
