Time-based pricing & combos

Two tools for selling smarter. Pricing rules change prices automatically at set times (think happy hour). Combos bundle several items into one deal at a set price (think a burger-fries-drink meal).

Every option on a pricing rule

  • Discount type — percent off or a fixed amount off.
  • Scope — the whole menu, a category, or a single item.
  • Time window — a start and end time (e.g. 15:00–18:00).
  • Days — tick Mon–Sun; leave all unticked to mean every day.
  • Active toggle — pause a rule without deleting it.
  • While a rule is live, the guest menu and POS both show the adjusted price automatically — and revert the second the window ends.

Every option on a combo

  • Items — pick the components (e.g. burger + fries + drink), with a quantity for each.
  • Bundle price — one fixed price for the whole deal; the saving vs. buying separately is calculated for you.
  • Name & photo — how the combo appears on the guest menu and POS.
  • Active toggle — seasonal deals can rest without being deleted.
  • Selling a combo depletes the stock of its component items' recipes — inventory follows the real food.

Where to find it

Use a pricing rule for a quiet afternoon to pull people in, and a combo to lift the average spend of everyone who walks through the door.
