Working offline
Internet wobbles. A till that stops with it is a disaster mid-rush. Menulisa's POS is built to keep working offline, so a dropped connection is an inconvenience, not an emergency.
What still works offline
- Opening checks, adding items and building orders.
- Taking the order — it's saved safely on the device.
- Carrying on as normal until the connection returns.
When you're back online
- Everything you took syncs to the server automatically.
- Each order is sent once, so nothing is duplicated even if it retries.
- Kitchen displays and reports catch up on their own.
