Ask Menulisa, the dashboard assistant
Ask how to do something and get step-by-step help based on the Help Center and your own setup.

Ask Menulisa is a help assistant built into the dashboard. Ask it how to do something — “how do I add a delivery fee?” — and it answers with short steps and links to the right page, taking your own setup into account.
Open it
- 1Press Ask at the top of any dashboard page, or ⌘/ (Ctrl+/ on Windows).
- 2Type your question, or tap one of the suggested questions for the app you’re in.
- 3Read the answer: its Steps, anything under Good to know, and Open links to the pages it mentions. From the Help Center lists the articles it used.
What it knows
- This Help Center, plus a rulebook of how the product actually behaves.
- A read-only look at your account’s current state — what’s already set up, your plan and your permissions — so it can skip steps you’ve done and tell you when something is Not on your plan or Needs permission.
- It answers in English, Arabic or Kurdish, following your dashboard language.
What it won’t do
- It only answers and links — it never changes a setting, an order or anything else for you.
- It sticks to using Menulisa. If the answer isn’t in what it knows, it says so and points you to Contact support.
- Each answer uses a couple of your restaurant’s AI credits (see “AI credits”). There’s also a daily limit per restaurant (15 questions a day on the free plan, 60 on paid plans). Questions are up to 200 characters.
TipCheck answers before you change settings — and if a question has more than one meaning, it will ask you which one you meant before answering.
