Record outgoings — supplies, utilities, and other costs — so your numbers tell the full story alongside sales.
What you can do
- Log expenses by category — Supplies, Utilities, Rent, Payroll, Maintenance, Marketing, Equipment, Fees or Other — with an optional vendor and note.
- Attribute costs to a branch (the one picked in the branch chip at the top).
- See This month against last month, and Where it went this month by category.
- Daily close subtracts the day’s expenses in its sales breakdown (Net of expenses). The Profit page doesn’t — its operating profit is revenue minus food cost and labour.
