The Menulisa Bridge app

Web browsers can’t talk to a USB printer directly. The Menulisa Bridge is a tiny free app you install on one computer in the venue; it quietly collects print jobs from Menulisa and sends them to your printers — no print pop-up, no clicking during a rush.

Set it up

  1. 1Download the Menulisa Bridge for macOS or Windows from Setup › Printing.
  2. 2Install and run it on a computer that stays on during service and can reach your printers.
  3. 3Pair it to your branch with the code shown in printing settings.
  4. 4It now shows as ‘connected,’ and tickets print silently at the right station.
You only need the bridge for USB or local printers. Pure network printers can be driven directly, without the bridge running.
