QR codes for tables

Generate, download and print a unique QR code for every table.

Each table gets a unique QR code that opens your live menu pre-linked to that table — so orders and payments are always tied to the right seat.

What you can do

Generate a QR code for every table in a branch.
Download a single code as a PNG, or print a full sheet of all codes.
See a scan count per table to gauge adoption.

Print your codes

1Make sure your tables exist under POS › Floor plan.
2Open Menu › QR codes.
3Use “Print all” for a ready-to-cut sheet, or download individual codes.
4Place each code on its matching table.

Menu links — a QR for part of your menu

Under Menu › QR codes › Menu links, Add link, name it (say “Alcoholic drinks”) and tick the main categories it shows. It gets its own QR and link — same items and prices, one menu.
“Hide these categories from the main menu” keeps them off your main QR; the POS still sells them.
“Ask guests to confirm they’re 18+” shows an Are-you-18-or-older screen before the menu.
“Table codes” prints a per-table version of the link, so a drinks order from the bar table lands on that table’s check.

TipCodes point at a stable link, so you can reprint or re-style them any time without reprinting if the table keeps the same code.
