AI Menu Host
The AI Host is a small chat button on your guest menu. Guests ask it things they’d ask a waiter — “what’s good for two?”, “which dishes have no nuts?”, “something light” — and it answers from your actual menu, in the guest’s language.
What it does
- Recommends dishes from your menu — never invents items you don't serve.
- Answers ingredient and allergen questions from the details you've filled in.
- Opens the exact item card when a guest taps a suggestion, ready to order.
- Speaks English, Arabic and Kurdish, matching the menu language the guest picked.
Turn it on
- 1Open Dashboard › Menu › AI Host.
- 2Enable it and, if you like, give it house notes — signature dishes to push, your story, what to say about wait times.
- 3Scan a table QR and try it yourself: the chef-hat button sits at the corner of the menu.
The Host is only as good as your menu details — allergens, descriptions and translations you’ve filled in are exactly what it draws on.
