Your plan’s monthly allowance for the AI Menu Host, photo enhancing, translation and Ask Menulisa.

Every plan comes with AI credits each month. They pay for the AI features: the AI Menu Host your guests chat with, photo enhancing, menu translation and Ask Menulisa.
See your balance
- 1Open Settings › Billing.
- 2Under Usage, AI credits shows what’s left of this month’s allowance and when it refills.
- 3Each plan card under Change plan lists its AI credits a month.
What uses credits
- Photo enhancing uses the most — about 4 credits a photo. Before a run starts, it checks you have enough for every photo and tells you how many it can do if not.
- An Ask Menulisa answer uses a couple of credits.
- An AI Menu Host reply or a translated dish uses a small fraction of a credit.
- Credits refill on the 1st of each month. Unused credits don’t roll over unless Menulisa has set up carry-over for your plan.
When they run out
- The AI features pause until the refill: Ask Menulisa shows a note, photo enhancing and translation explain why they can’t start, and the AI host button simply disappears from your menu — guests never see an error.
- Everything else keeps working: your menu, ordering, the POS and the Help Center.
- Need more before the refill? Contact us and we can add credits to your restaurant.
TipWhen you’re down to the last tenth of your credits, Ask Menulisa shows how many are left, so it never runs out by surprise.
