Floor plan & tables

The floor plan mirrors your real dining room. Organise tables into halls (for example Indoor, Terrace, Bar) and arrange them visually so staff can tap the right table fast.

What you can do

  • Create halls and add tables with seat counts and shapes.
  • Drag tables to position them on a canvas that matches your room.
  • Switch the POS between a simple card list and the visual floor view.
  • See table status — available, occupied — at a glance during service.

Build your floor

  1. 1Open Dashboard › Setup › Tables & floor plan.
  2. 2Add a hall, then add tables to it.
  3. 3Drag each table into place to match your real layout.
  4. 4On the POS, toggle to the Floor view to use it during service.

Every option on halls and tables

  • Halls — named areas (Indoor, Terrace, Bar…); tables always belong to one.
  • Table label & seats — the name staff see (T1, B4…) and its capacity.
  • Shape — round or square footprints so the map reads like the room.
  • Quick-add — set a prefix (e.g. “T”) and add a batch of numbered tables in one go; existing names are skipped, not duplicated.
  • Seat a party — from the floor board: pick a party size (and optionally a table) and it opens a dine-in check the POS picks up.
  • Per-table service calls — turn the guest “call service” button off for specific tables from the POS.
