Your go-live checklist
Ready to use Menulisa for real customers? Work down this list top to bottom. Each item links to a full guide if you want the detail.
1. Set up the business
- Add your restaurant name, logo and contact details — Setup › Restaurant info.
- Add each location and set its tax rate and service charge — Setup › Branches.
- Add your team and give each person a POS PIN — Team › Staff & roles.
2. Build what guests see
- Create your menu — categories first, then items with prices and photos — Dashboard › Menu.
- Optional but worth it: generate and publish your website — Dashboard › Website.
- Lay out your tables and halls — Setup › Tables & floor plan.
- Print a QR code for every table — Menu › QR codes.
3. Get the till ready
- Pair at least one POS terminal to the branch — Setup › POS devices.
- Check that your payment methods (cash, card) are switched on for the branch.
- If you print tickets, connect your printers and assign kitchen stations.
- Run one test order end to end: open a check, fire it, take a test payment, close it.
Do the test order the day before you open, not five minutes before service. It’s the single best way to catch a missing price or an unpaired printer while you still have time to fix it.
