Payments
Receipts & kitchen tickets
A check produces two documents: the customer’s bill/receipt at the front, and a kitchen ticket telling the cooks what to make. Both are formatted for the 80mm thermal paper most restaurants use.
What you can print
- A customer receipt from the check or payment screen.
- A kitchen ticket when an order is fired.
- Receipts can pop up automatically right after payment, so there's nothing to remember.
Print straight to your printers
- Connect 80mm thermal printers over your network or by USB.
- Route each item to the right kitchen station — hot, cold or bar — so tickets print where they're cooked.
- Printing is silent: no browser pop-up to click during a rush.
Setting up the hardware lives in its own section — see Connecting printers, Kitchen stations & routing and The Menulisa Bridge app under Hardware & printing.
