Orders
The orders view is the running record of everything that's been ordered — live tickets and full history.
The order lifecycle
- New → Preparing → Ready → Served tracks kitchen progress.
- A separate check status — Open → Settled → Closed — tracks payment.
- Open any order to see its items, payments and timeline.
