Finding the takeaway that never paid
The dashboard Orders list: filter to unpaid, search by guest or table, and see what’s due.

POS › Orders is every order at the branch — dine-in, takeaway, delivery — with its payment state. It’s the page for the question “who still owes us?”
The scenario
Closing time. A takeaway order was handed over earlier and, in the rush, nobody took payment.
Find it
- 1Click the Open checks tile at the top. The list drops to the handful that matter; each shows Unpaid, or the amount still owed as 24.50 due.
- 2Narrow with Any type › Takeaway, or type into Search order #, guest or table — a name, if the guest gave one.
- 3Open the order for the full lines and payments. Collect the money at the POS; the row turns Paid.
TipCheck the Open checks tile before every close. An unpaid order that survives the night becomes a shortfall nobody can explain in the morning.
