Printing the QR codes for twenty tables
One main code for the door and the website, one code per table for ordering — printed as a single sheet.

There are two kinds of code. The Main menu QR opens the menu with no table — browse, no ordering. A per-table QR knows which table it’s on, which is what lets guests order and call service.
The scenario
Twenty tables, a stand on each, and a poster by the door.
Do it
- 1Make the tables first — see adding many tables at once. Every table you create gets a code automatically.
- 2Open Menu › QR codes. At the top, the card marked Main is the Main menu QR — PNG for the poster and your website, Link to copy.
- 3Below, Per-table QR codes: one card per table with PNG, Link and Print. Press Print all for one printable sheet — {restaurant} — QR codes — each code labelled with its table and Scan to view the menu.
What you’ll see
- Each card counts 142 scans; the same numbers feed Menu stats as Table QR scans versus Main QR scans.
- A guest scanning the door poster sees the menu and a cart but not the send button — it asks them to scan the code on their table instead.
TipLaminate the table codes and print two sets. Codes don’t change when the menu does, so a lost stand is a reprint, never a re-setup.
