Signing in with a code instead of a password
Choose “Email me a code”, type the 6 digits from your inbox, and you’re in — no password needed.

Forgot your password, or just don’t want to type it on a shared tablet? The sign-in page can email you a one-time code instead.
Sign in with a code
- 1On the sign-in page, under How do you want to sign in?, choose Email me a code and enter your email.
- 2Press Email me a code. The page says Check your inbox: “We sent a 6-digit code to … It’s valid for 10 minutes.”
- 3Type the 6-digit code from the email (subject: “… is your Menulisa code”). Pasting it works too, and you’re signed in as soon as the sixth digit is in.
Good to know
- Each code works once and lasts 10 minutes. Asking for a new one replaces the old one.
- Nothing arrived? Nothing yet? Check your spam folder. Then Send a new code — it unlocks after a short countdown.
- After a few wrong tries the code stops working; you’ll see That code didn’t work. Check it, or send a new one.
- Owners and staff with a dashboard login can use it. Platform admins always sign in with their password.
- The page never says whether an email has an account — it always shows Check your inbox, and only real accounts get a code.
