Merging two profiles for the same person
When a regular has been saved twice, fold the duplicate into the original without losing a single visit.

Duplicates happen: a waiter quick-creates “Ahmed” during a rush, not seeing “Ahmed Hassan” already there. Merging pulls everything from one profile into the other and deletes the leftover.
The scenario
You have Ahmed Hassan with 14 visits and 890 points, and a newer Ahmed with 2 visits, 60 points and a different phone number. It’s the same man — he changed numbers.
Merge them
- 1Open CRM › Customers and find the profile you want to keep — here, Ahmed Hassan. Open the ⋯ menu on its row (or More on its profile) and choose Merge into….
- 2Pick the duplicate — Ahmed — from the list. Search by name or phone if the list is long.
- 3Confirm. The duplicate’s visits, spend, points, balance and history all move onto the profile you kept, and the duplicate is removed.
What you’ll see
- One Ahmed Hassan with 16 visits and 950 points.
- Every past check from both profiles in his timeline, in date order.
- Both phone numbers findable — the newer number is added to the profile, not thrown away.
TipMerge is one-way. Start from the profile with the correct name and details, and merge the messy one into it — not the other way round.
