Selling a meal plan and adding your first member
Describe a weekday lunch plan in one sentence, fill its calendar, add a member with their payment, and send them their link.

A meal plan is a standing deal: so many meals a period, on the days and at the times you serve, for one price. You describe it once. Every member keeps the terms they joined on, picks their dishes from their own link, and Today tells the kitchen what to cook.
The scenario
Office Lunch: a lunch every weekday for 899 a month. Karim from the bank signs up and pays cash.
Create the plan
- 1Open CRM › Meal plans, the Plans view, press New plan and choose Weekday lunch. (The very first time, the picker opens by itself.)
- 2The plan is one sentence: Members get 22 lunches every month for a price… Click a highlighted word to change it: the price (899), the serving days, the time lunch is Ready at (12:30), the Dishes members pick from (tick your mains) and when Choices close (8 PM the evening before). The card beside the sentence shows what guests will read, including the price per meal.
- 3Name it Office Lunch and press Start selling.
Fill the calendar
- 1On the Office Lunch is live card press Fill it for me (or open Calendar, pick the plan, and press Fill it for me there).
- 2Choose how often the menu repeats (Repeat the menu after 10 serving days, or tap 2 weeks · 10) and how many Choices each day members get besides the chef’s pick, then press Fill it for me. Every day gets a Chef's pick. Tap any day to change it and press Save day.
- 3Press Make it live. From now on, anyone who doesn’t pick gets that day’s chef’s pick.
Add Karim
- 1Press Add member. Search for Karim, or Add a new customer with his name and phone.
- 2Pick Office Lunch. Under First payment keep Paid now, the amount 899 and Cash, then press Add to plan. Menulisa never charges members itself; this records what he paid you.
- 3The done screen shows his link. Press Send on WhatsApp, or Copy it. With it he picks his lunches, skips days and lists what he won’t eat.
Keeping track
- Today starts with what needs you: members who haven’t paid (Record payments marks several at once), Meals that need you, plans ending this week, and guests who asked to join from your plans page.
- Members lists everyone with Meals left and This month. A row opens the member: Pause, Record payment, Won't eat, End plan.
- Changing a plan later: open it from Plans, click the words, press Save changes. New members pay the new price; current members keep theirs and get the new meal count from their next month.
