Plan meals that get delivered

The calendar, the member’s delivery address, and Today from kitchen to doorstep.

2 min read

Some plans aren’t eaten in the restaurant — they’re delivered. Menulisa plans the dishes ahead in the Calendar, knows where each member’s meals go, and gives the kitchen and drivers one list per day.

The pieces

  • Calendar — each plan’s menu on real dates: which Chef's pick and Other choices on which day and meal time. Make it live and Today fills itself.
  • Delivery — a card on the member’s profile: their address and map pin, and a Preferred delivery time. Members share it themselves from their link; staff can edit it, or press Request new location to ask them to re-pin.
  • Today — one card per meal time with the dish tally, and a table of every meal with its Handover (Delivery or Pickup) and status: Not sent to kitchen, In the kitchen, Prepared, Delivered. Tick rows to act on many at once.

The scenario

Tuesday. 14 members get lunch delivered. One of them moved house on Sunday.

Run the day

  1. 1Open CRM › Meal plans, Today. The Lunch card lists the 14, each with the dish the calendar planned.
  2. 2The one who moved: open her profile, the Delivery card, and paste the map link she sent on WhatsApp. Or press Request new location and let her do it.
  3. 3Tick the rows and press Send to kitchen. The kitchen sees 14 bags and marks them Prepared.
  4. 4Driver's run sheet opens the run on the till: every stop with an address and a map link. As drivers hand each one over, mark it Delivered; the row’s status follows.
TipThe Delivery card only appears for restaurants with Meal plans turned on. It exists for plan meals — if you don’t sell them, you won’t see it, and that’s correct.
