Your first order, start to finish
Open a table, add a pizza with a size, an extra and a removed ingredient, write a note, and send it to the kitchen.

An order is built up on the ticket and then fired — sent to the kitchen. Until you fire, nothing has happened anywhere but your screen.
The scenario
Table 6, two guests. One wants a large Margherita with extra cheese, no basil, and says she’s in a hurry. The other just wants a lemonade.
Build it
- 1On Service, tap T6. It opens Open T6 — tap how many guests are seated, 2, and press Open check.
- 2Tap Margherita. Because it has options, a sheet opens. Under Variant choose Large. Under Add-ons tick Extra cheese. Under Remove ingredients tap Basil — it now reads No basil.
- 3In Note for the kitchen type in a hurry. Press the Add button (it shows the price). The line lands on the check under Not sent, with its size, its extra and its removal listed under the name.
- 4Tap Lemonade. No options, so it goes straight on. For a long menu, use Search — a dish name or an item code — instead of browsing.
- 5Press Fire. Both lines go to the kitchen in one go — the pizza to the hot station, the lemonade to the bar, if you route by station.
What you’ll see
- On the check, both lines move under Sent, with the time.
- On the kitchen ticket: 1 x Margherita, (Large), + Extra cheese, NO BASIL in bold capitals, and the note. Removals print louder than anything else so nobody misses them.
- On Service, T6 now shows as Seated with its total.
TipAdd everything, then fire once — or fire starters now and mains later. Each fire is its own ticket, so the kitchen sees courses the way the table ordered them. For a takeaway that pays up front, Fire & paydoes both in one tap.
