Collecting reviews after the meal
The rating prompt after a QR order, where the words land, and how to point happy guests at Google.
1 min read
Guests who ordered from the QR menu are asked, once the order is done, how it was. The rating and their words come to you; if you’ve given Menulisa your Google link, happy guests are invited to say it there too.
The scenario
You want more Google reviews, and you want to hear the complaints before they become one.
Set it up
- 1Open Settings › Restaurant and paste your Google review URL (it starts with g.page/r/…). Save.
- 2Turn on guest ordering — the switches. The review prompt is part of the ordering flow.
What the guest sees
- 1When their order is done, the tracking screen offers Leave a review: Rate your experience with stars and a few words, then Submit review, and they see Thanks for your feedback!
- 2With a Google link set, it adds Review us on Google — one tap, straight to your listing.
What you’ll see
- CRM › Reviews: Average rating, Total reviews, and every review with its words. Guests who didn’t leave a name appear as anonymous.
- A three-star review with “the wait was long” reaches you the same night — on your dashboard, not on Google.
TipRead the low ratings within a day and fix what they say. The Google button only helps if what the guest would write is worth having.
