Menu stats: what guests look at before they order
Scans, views, busiest hours and where guests come from — the QR menu’s own numbers.

Reports › Menu stats answers a different question from sales: not what sold, but what guests looked at. A dish everyone taps and nobody buys is a pricing problem; a dish nobody taps is a photo problem.
What’s on it
- The headline counts for the last 7, 30 or 90 days: Menu visits, Unique guests, Dish views and AI host chats.
- Busiest hours — when people open the menu, which is earlier than when they order.
- Where guests come from — Table QR scans, Main QR scans, and Links & direct visits from your website or Google.
- Most-viewed categories and Most-viewed dishes, with views and taps.
The scenario
The lamb shank gets tapped constantly and sells badly. You drop the price by two and swap the photo. Two weeks later, taps are the same and sales have doubled.
TipCompare Menu stats with the Menu performance section of Reports › Profit side by side. Views without sales is where your next menu decision is.
